Anyone else have an anime that they really wish would get another season? Have you been praying, wishing that finally you would get to see that favorite panel of yours animated? Or maybe you are an anime only, and need to know the conclusion to your favorite series! Today, I’ll be going over my list for anime I wish they would either reboot or give us another season, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD. Excuse me, I forgot myself…..let’s get into it.

Darwin’s Game

Darwin’s Game follows Kaname Sudou, who receives an invitation from a classmate to play a mobile game that puts him into a world where it’s kill or be killed. This action packed anime had me at the edge of my seat and begging for more. Why hasn’t it got another season? Like why?

Skip Beat!

Kyouko Mogami followed her best friend Shou Kuwa to Tokyo to support him as he dreamed of becoming an idol. However, she soon learns that he thinks nothing more of her than a housekeeper. She goes on the rampage and declares her revenge by entering in the entertainment industry to become a better idol herself! This one has literally been on hiatus 10+ years on a cliffhanger and I am beyond myself why they still haven’t rebooted or gave it another season. It’s the longest running romance manga, there is certainly enough material for at least 2 more seasons!!

Noragami

Noragami follows Yato, a minor deity who dreams of having millions of worshippers. After being abandoned by his weapon partner, he meets Hiyori Iki who saves him from a car accident, but not without loosening her own soul. The two strike a deal to help each other. This one is on literally everyone’s list of “I need a new season” so why hasn’t that prayer been answered? Come on, get with it, Bones studio! Now that the manga is finished, season 3 needs to be announced!

Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke’s Mansion

When Park Eunha dies in a modern day Korea, she awakens in the body of Raeliana McMillan, a side character in a story she once read as a child. However, knowing that Raeliana is fated to die in the story, she decides to seek help in the main protagonist Duke Noah Wynknight to change the story and her fate. I know it hasn’t even been a year, but I need more of these two. Like…NOW! Also, Sir Adam Taylor……

Maid-Sama

Maid Sama! follows Misaki Ayuzawa, the student council president of Seika High School as she navigates her high school life and taking care of her family by secretly working as a waitress in a maid cafe. One day, the most popular guy at school, finds out her embarrassing occupation, and begins visiting her daily. This one is one of my all time favorites. I honestly don’t know why they haven’t done another season or at least rebooted it for a nice modern flair.

Blue Period

Blue Period revolves around the life of Yatora Yaguchi, a delinquent with good grades that finds his purpose in life in art. He begins dreaming of going to Tokyo University of Arts, a competitive one at that. Confronted with his talented peers, his lack of experience and understanding of art, and his parents approval, Yatora works to overcome the obstacles that keeps him away from his dream. This was an anime I started watching out of pure randomness because I was bored and needed something to binge on Netflix. It became one of my favorites, and I honestly am kind of shocked they never did another season.

My Little Monster

My Little Monster is the love story between Shizuku Mizutani, a apathetic girl who only cares about her grades and Haru Yoshida, a violent troublemaker who quickly confesses to Shizuku that he loves her. The two begin a journey of navigating their feelings and their relationship in this sweet romantic comedy. I really hate that they ended this one on sort of a cliffhanger. There was literally no resolution. This one definitely needs another season STAT!

Blue Spring Ride

Blue Spring Ride follows the relationship of Futaba Yoshioka and Kou Tanaka. Futaba is used to her life of fitting in to the crowd, so that she isn’t ostracized by her fellow classmates, but when Kou, a long lost crush returns into her life, she is suddenly faced with a decision. Should she return to her former self, or to to sacrifice her normal life and lose her friends? This one is such a beautifully written story that had me tearing up as I watched these two both navigate their relationship. It’s definitely a right of passage as far as romance anime go. We need more of this one DEFINITELY!!

Yona of the Dawn

Yona is a beautiful princess whose perfect life comes crashing down when a heinous act of treason threatens her life. With only her childhood friend and bodyguard Son Hak, she flees her home and has to survive until she can become strong enough to conquer her enemies from those who stole it from her. This one has got to be number one on most people’s list of anime that better get another season. It’s a wonderfully animated series that in all truthfulness should have gotten another season by now.

The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague

Himuro is a descendent of a snow woman, so he tends to involuntarily create blizzards around himself and others nearby. On his first day of his new job, he encounters the beautiful Fuyutsuki and falls head over snowballs in love with her beauty and kindness. The two begin a journey that is enough to make Himuro’s snow melt. This one is still pretty new, but I am going to go ahead and say that this one deserves another season. I fell literally in love with these two from beginning to end. They are just too cute and I need to see where their relationship takes them! Please ohhh Please!!!
