I’ve been frequenting my local bookstore lately, and I happen to come across this shojo romance manga, so it’s time for another manga review, and this time we have “15 Minutes Before We Really Date” Volume 1 by Perico.

Of course, our couple in question is Yuuki and Natsuha, who have been best buds forever, and everyone surrounding them assumes they are a couple, even though they are far from it. Although they live in the same apartment complex and spend their days after school with one another, nothing romantic has ever transpired. One day, they get the idea to actually become a couple.

This is one of those, girl likes guy, and guy likes girl, but he just hasn’t realized it yet kind of story. I think all the two needed was a push in the right direction by making that leap from friendship into dating. It was a quick enjoyable read with plenty of awkward and sweet moments between the two.

I give it a solid 8/10. It was a good read as far as romance shojo manga go. MAM seal of approval and I hope to be back with a review of volume 2!!
